"The implant procedure is relatively painless or painfree. I would compare the level of pain to a routine dental cleaning. It is completed with the latest technology providing precision placement and minimum pain and discomfort all this is done within a very few minutes-very fast. I ddi not need painkillers and as a matter of fact I had no discomfort whatsoever, not even swelling. I was able to brush all areas of the gum and around the implant as normal. I did not experience soreness or irritation. This is in comparison to my earlier implants completed at another office with less sophisticated equipment.
I was able to leave Dr. Mirzayan's office and immediately return to work all under 45 minutes. Again I did not need any pain killers.
I'm extremely happy with the outcome. Dr. Mirzayan is gentle and thoughtful and displays a high level of care. His staff is exceptional and provides a wonderful atmosphere for his patients to relax and be comfortable with the service provided. "How pleasantly surprised I was to be pain free after the implant procedure. I thought I would be in a lot more pain than I actually was. I did not feel any pain during the procedure and did not need pain medication after the surgery, the entire process was painless. Recovery has been a non-event. The stitches started to fall out before the week was over. There was very little swelling and it was not noticeable. During a follow-up visit, the doctor made an adjustment to my existing dentures and the swelling stopped. Eating was and is an adventure. During the first week after surgery, I had to limit my food to liquids gradually trying semi-solids and soft foods. Now that my surgery is a month old, I am able to eat as I normally do. Had I known how easy and painless this procedure was I would have done it years ago. All in all, as dental procedures go, this was not an un-nerving experience."

"My search for the ideal dentist ended when I found Esthetic Dentistry. I’ve had work done there five times in the past three months, and it’s hands-down the best dental office I’ve ever been to. Each time I went in for an appointment, I felt like for that one hour, I changed from an ordinary guy into a super-rich VIP because of the way they treated me…
The most important thing I sought was excellent care, and what they provided was beyond my expectations. I came in with excruciating pain in one of my teeth, and Dr. Armen Mirzayan explained that it was a cracked tooth that had a bacterial infection. He showed me on an X-Ray exactly where the problem was and gave me a step-by-step recommendation for a treatment plan. I asked if we could begin immediately, and he proceeded that day to extract the tooth and give me antibiotics for the infection. Dr. Mirzayan was highly concerned with my comfort level, so the procedure was efficient and literally painless. The tooth was, indeed, cracked all the way to the root, and by the next day, I was pain-free. That night, I got a call from Dr. Jean Lee-Mirzayan to see how I was doing and if I had any questions she could answer. The treatment and care were top-notch.
When I saw the technology at Esthetic Dentistry, I felt like I was in the year 3000. They took a 3-D digital image of my entire head, rotated it to various angles, and showed me everything from where my tooth was infected, to how many millimeters of bone I had in my gums to hold a tooth implant. While I was getting my tooth extracted, they even played a Netflix movie they downloaded on the HDTV in front of me!
I love the environment in the office because the entire staff takes on the character of Dr. Armen Mirzayan and Dr. Jean Lee-Mirzayan. The office is warm and welcoming, flexible, and professional. Even my kids, ages two and four, actually look forward to going with me, where the staff has asked to see pictures of their Halloween costumes.
With the elite-level of care I received, cutting-edge technology, and genuine warmth from the doctors and the staff, I felt like a senator or celebrity getting star treatment. Perhaps that’s because, as I found out, Esthetic Dentistry is actually the official dentist of the Los Angeles Dodgers. In life, you search for a trustworthy doctor, mechanic, lawyer, and a dentist, and at least one of my searches is over."
